PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AGES 2 - 5

Five Mile River Nursery School was privileged to be the first nationally accredited preschool under the new assessment standards in Connecticut, and one of the first 17 in the nation. We offer 2's, 3's, 4's and 5's Preschool programs, Enrichment programs and Summer Camp. Our mission at Five Mile River Nursery School is to provide a warm, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere allowing children to be creative and adventurous learners. Our school focuses on the development of the whole child: intellectual, social-emotional, moral, creative and physical. Our goal is to inspire self confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.  REGISTER for 2020/2021 COMING SOON!

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

This year we will be having our first ever children's service day, where we will be assembling health kits to send to areas of the world hit by disasters of every kind:  Wednesday November 27th!  We will also be having a coat drive and participate in the Person2Person Toy Store through DOMUS for the Holidays. Watch for more information!  And thank you for your donations to support our efforts!
